Gruber Columella Weighted Retractor

The Gruber Weighted Nasal Retractor is a weighted retractor used for open rhinoplasty procedures. The 10mm wide double hooks are used to retract the nasal skin for maximum visibility when performing open rhinoplasty. The weight is placed on the patient's forehead (directly on it or on a surgical towel/drape covering it) and it acts as an "assistant". The weight is not too heavy or too light to make for a perfect tool to maximize the surgeon's visibility during open rhinoplasties.
