Cube Pessary
The Silicone Cube pessary is designed for third degree prolapse, including procedentia, as well as a cystocele and rectocele. The Cube pessary is available both with and without drainage holes and has a silicone tie to aid in removal. The Cube is available in eleven sizes. ALL Pessary Orders MUST be accompanied by a physician's prescription. Pessaries must be shipped directly to a medical facility to the physician's attention. CPT Code: A4562 Procedure Code: 57160
