Iris Scissors
Iris Scissors are designed with sharp tips to make delicate cuts and for trimming sutures. These surgical scissors are offered in different sizes and 3 finishes: Stainless Steel, Tungsten Carbide, & Super-Cut. Stainless Steel iris scissors provide durability, resistance to corrosion, and ease of sterilization. Super-Cut Iris Scissors are used primarily in delicate procedures due to their precise cutting ability. These surgical scissors are designed with one serrated blade with a precise sharp blade for effective cut with greatly reduced slippage. Our Super- Cut Iris scissors have black handles and a matte finish to dull glare from lighting. Tungsten Carbide Iris Scissors are 4x stronger than steel, allowing for easier cuts than with a traditional scissor when dealing with thick, fibrous tissue.
